What we grow

We grow and source ingredients locally, with respect for the seasons and the soil.

We grow organic olives for our own extra virgin olive oil, harvest seasonal fruit like grapes, citrus, and drupes, and cultivate a variety of garden herbs and vegetables in our small plot, all rooted in the Messinian soil that nourishes everything we serve.
